Description and specifications
Purpose
Protection of steel structures and ventilation and smoke extraction ducts in industrial and civil facilities exposed to open atmosphere.
Coating properties
High elasticity, resistance to water and ultraviolet. White matte coating with a dry residue of 65–70 %. Suitable for outdoor and indoor use at humidity up to 100 %.
Fire protection efficiency
Fire protection efficiency groups from 7th (15 minutes) to 2nd (120 minutes), depending on dry film thickness and consumption. Complies with ST RK 615-2-2011.
Application
Brush, roller or airless spray. Air temperature during application from −15 to +30 °C, humidity not exceeding 80 %. Thinner: R-4 solvent up to 5 %. Working layer thickness 500–700 µm; do not apply when precipitation is likely.
Service life
At least 25 years when the instructions are followed. Packaging: 25 kg tin bucket, shelf life at least 12 months.
