Product features
Area of application: load-bearing metal structures. Type of composition: intumescent (thin-layer). Fire resistance limit: from R15 to R150. Application temperature: from -15ºC to +30ºC. Operating temperature: from -60ºC to +60ºC. Service life: 25 years. Color: white, matte.
Description
The paint is a suspension of fillers and special additives in an organic solvent. The paint forms a white coating with a matte surface, containing (65–70) % of dry residue. For fire protection work on metal structures, the presence of an anti-corrosion primer is mandatory.
Fire protection efficiency
Fire protection efficiency groups from 7th (15 minutes) to 1st (150 minutes). Complies with ST RK 615-2-2011.
Operating conditions
Indoors at air humidity not exceeding 80 %. At higher humidity a top coat is applied (PF-115 or epoxy paints are recommended). Service life is at least 25 years.
Surface preparation
An anti-corrosion primer at least 50 µm thick is mandatory (GF-021, KhS-010, AK-070 or the manufacturer's primer). The surface must be dry and clean.
Packaging and storage
30 kg tin bucket; other pack sizes are filled into the customer's containers. Shelf life is at least 12 months.
